Vibrant Surrey has developed a three-year plan of action that will result in a significant increase in the quality of life for our most vulnerable residents.
To accomplish this, we are working to strengthen our community’s capacity, funding and resources so the results will be long lasting. We also share a plan with our national partner, Vibrant Communities.
Mission
To encourage and facilitate collaborative efforts to reduce poverty and the issues related to poverty, thereby enhancing the quality of life for all who call Surrey home.

We believe broad social inclusion is a priority and will support the community in organizing to that end.
Goals
